Our firm was established in 1994 by Lynn Worthington & Legesse Woldemariam. Both principals have been managing residential income properties for over 35 years. In addition to hands on apartment & tenant management Mr. Worthington has built, owned & overseen the day to day supervision of over 200 residential units in the East Bay. With this extensive background in Real Estate, the management of Maisel Property can offer each owner the assurance that the management of their properties is in the hands of experienced personal. We currently manage over 400 units in the Oakland area consisting of residential units. Our support staff members all speak Spanish in order to assist both our tenants and property owners.

Our firm is a member of the Oakland Association of Realtors and the Rental Housing Owners Association. Through these memberships, we are kept up to date in all new laws regulations and tenant/landlord issues.
