Our fees

We offer two basic plans with the idea that our flexible service will meet your specific needs.

LEVEL 1
This level of service is for those who have the experience & time to manage their own building & only need help locating a qualified tenant. This level of service costs 6% of the tenant's annualized rent. For example, if you are asking $1,000.00 per month our one-time fee would be $720.00.  We will also obtain a credit report & check all references for each applicant. We pay for all advertising and show the unit to possible tenants.

LEVEL 2
This level of service provides full management service. The cost to you for this service is 7% of the monthly gross collected rent.
